    Peppy Beach Tips

    • The Peppy Beach Holiday Park (a.k.a "Peppy's") is the local favourite - a bar, bistro, takeaway, convenience store, craft store, and bottle-o all in one!  Opening hours can fluctuate, but the bar and restaurant are open at least every Friday during winter (July to September) and during the other months typically Friday and Saturday nights plus the last Sunday of every month.  During the summer months these hours are extended. During the winter months, enjoy a wine by the firepit and collect additional wood for the wood fireplace at the shop.  Leave you car keys at home it's only a few minutes walk away. You passed it on your left as you entered Peppy Beach, just after the "Welcome to Peppy Beach" sign.

    • Take a talk up to the top of the lookout for spectacular views of Peppy Beach. The access is about 200m after you turn right onto Peppermint Grove Terrace from the main road leading into Peppy (just passed Oceanview Manor). Check out some footage we took here.

    • Have a local massage therapist come to you. Brooke Withers is a a qualified massage therapist having worked in the most elite day Spas in the Southwest. Brooke specialises in Swedish massage which is a beautiful, relaxing style massage that helps melt away stress and tension but also alleviating the troubled areas with a pressure tailored to each client. Brooke will come to you and charges $70 for a one-hour session with everything you need, including warm body oil and peaceful music to assist in helping you slip into deep relaxation. Contact Brooke here or on 0412139176.
    • The best thing about Peppy Beach is the community.  Keep an eye out for the 'Sunday Community Coffee Morning' sign on the drive into Peppy.  These usually occur on the third Sunday of the month at the Community Centre and involve mini-stalls with delicious olive oil, baked goods, art, and of course fresh coffee.
    • Enjoy the beach! Peppy is a popular beach with white sand and calm clear water that is ideal for swimming and dolphin-spotting (especially November to April). There are several points of access, but the main one is to continue straight passed the Peppy Beach Holiday Park as you are entering Peppy on Peppermint Grove Tce. That entrance has ample parking, toilet facilities, and a grassed area and small park equipped with BBQs and playground equipment. There is also a pontoon during summer months and excellent fishing spots all year.

    Places to Visit Around Peppy:

This charming small down is the closest township to Peppy Beach (10 mins. drive) and it's where you will likely need to stock-up on any essentials (and petrol!).  Try the locally produced food at the bakeries in town and check out the Wiccan Hare Art Gallery on the way from Peppy to Capel.
